Good morning all, I hope you are well. This week we will be reading from the Book of the Prophet Joel as we try to underscore God’s call for us to repent. Hence, our focus for today is “The Necessity for Repentance”.

As we have been observing the stae of affairs in our country, and the world by extension, over teh last couple of years, the call to repent rings true, sharp and poignant. Like many, we have suffered needlessly and insurmountably at the hands of people who practice crime and violence, a disregard for rules and authority, corruption almost everywhere. For these things the call to repent is resoundingly clear.
