January 17th is observed as International Mentoring Day. Mentoring is a process in which an experienced individual helps another person develop their goals and skills through a series of ongoing, confidential, one-on-one conversations, and practical opportunities. We all can benefit from either being a mentor or mentee. Also, throughout the Bible there are several examples of mentor/mentee relationships.
