We live in an age of distraction. There are many things that distract our attention. The character that has been the strength of our attention these past weeks is a sterling example of a man who kept focused. He kept the main thing the main thing and achieved tremendous success as a result.
It is God’s power among His people that distinguishes them from those who do not know Him. This power not only delivers from enemies but is shown in their lifestyles of justice, love, and mercy such as Nehemiah instituted.
