We therefore close with The Believers’ Work until the Son of Man puts in His appearance.
Matthew 24 and 25 address Jesus’ teaching on His return. He speaks about the unpredictability of His return in Matthew 24:43, but affirms the certainty in Matthew 24:42. Angels make the same point in Acts 1:11. Each passage referenced has two things in common: the assured declaration of Jesus’ return and the believers’ response to the assurance of this return.
