Reverend Mark Dawes continues his series on the fourth servant song of Isaiah, found in chapters 52-53. Today’s focus is on Chapter 53 verse 5 – But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes, we are healed.
Isaiah prophesied concerning Jesus’ death about 700 years before the crucifixion took place. Verse 5 is clearly making reference to the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus. Yet, death by crucifixion was not yet invented at the time when Isaiah wrote verse 5.

The written refund request should include the following details pertaining to the transaction: date, donation amount, donor’s name, transaction number, and the nature of the error.
If an error is made, but is not limited to duplication, fraud, technical glitches in making an online donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honour such requests for refund that are made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card. We are committed to completing our decision and action within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written request.
Please understand that the decision to refund rests entirely with the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica. We examine each case on its own merit to ensure that genuine errors are properly addressed.
