Today, being celebrated as Mother’s Day, I would like to share an inspiring story from the Bible of a mother who demonstrated tremendous faith and courage in God in the face of adversity. The story is about a single mother and widow in Zarephath in Sidon, modern-day Lebanon.
Being a single mother can be challenging and disheartening at times. I pray that this story encourages mothers everywhere, but more particularly in the Jamaican context, to lean on God’s strong arms, and find Him to be your Rock, your Husband, your Friend, your Source, and your God.

The written refund request should include the following details pertaining to the transaction: date, donation amount, donor’s name, transaction number, and the nature of the error.
If an error is made, but is not limited to duplication, fraud, technical glitches in making an online donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honour such requests for refund that are made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card. We are committed to completing our decision and action within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written request.
Please understand that the decision to refund rests entirely with the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica. We examine each case on its own merit to ensure that genuine errors are properly addressed.
