Today we continue our series of meditations from John’s Gospel. This morning we focus on John 6:66-71. Verse 66 tells of a turning point in the public ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is instructive that Jesus did not try to make His message more palatable. I advise those who preach not to “fix up” God’s word to make it sound popular. Just proclaim God’s word and leave the consequences up to God.
