Reverend Mark Dawes concludes his series on the fourth servant song of Isaiah, found in chapters 52-53:12. The Fourth Servant son has as its subject the atoning death of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today’s focus is on Chapter 53 verse 12 – “…He made intercession for the transgressors.“
Another dominant theme that emerges from verse 12 is the intercessory ministry of Christ and it is the subject of this episode. In Jesus Christians have a friend in heaven. This Friend speaks on our behalf to God, the Father.
