This month we are looking at some of the parables Jesus used in His ministry and the key lessons we can learn from them in these times. Today we examine the “Parable of The Rich Fool”.
Today we have become so engrossed with consumer goods. The cry is for more and more, never satisfied. Some might seek to define their lives by their material abundance, but these are all creature comforts and have no lasting effect on what life truly is, or merit for one’s spiritual life. The parable addresses this by calling it for what it is, covetousness or greed. What lessons can we learn from this parable?
