As we continue our series on “The Jailbreak Experience” we look today at Peter’s experience in Acts 12:5 which reads “Peter, therefore, was kept in prison, but prayer was made without ceasing by the church unto God for him“.
Peter had previously mysteriously escaped prison (Acts 5), but now Herod had him under even greater security. Herod had state resources but the church had God’s power and prayer. They decided to use that to its maximum capacity. So they prayed for Peter.
