In today’s message, we continue the series looking at Ephesians 6:10-20. Our focus is “The Armour of God“. Today we will be looking at the “Shield of Faith“.
Often, the leather on a Roman shield was soaked in water before the battle, to put out the enemy’s firey darts. In battle, these shields could locked together to form a wall in front or a roof overhead. What Paul wants us to know is that we have been given a Shield of Faith, one that is able to put out the fiery darts that the enemy of our souls hurls at us each day.
