The Prophets had prophesied about the advent of Christ, meaning the coming of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. But even after the Old Testament’s last Prophet, the world still had to wait 400 years (The Silent Years) before He came. Years when it appeared God no longer cared about humanity. But they never lost hope in the Advent of Christ.
