Reverend Jacob McLean continues the series, Lessons for Life from The Book of Daniel. His purpose for this series is to address issues in the church, society, and our personal lives from the perspective of the scriptures. This is so we can know the mind of God and respond in meaningful ways through repentance and change.
Today – Standing firm regardless of the consequences, Daniel 2:27-49.
It took courage for Daniel to stand before Nebuchadnezzar and and announce to him that his empire would not long survive his death based on his dream and it’s interpretation. However, Daniel was too loyal to his God to withhold the truth. Our lessons from the passage today are

- We should acknowledge the contribution of others and seek to enhance their welfare
