Today we begin a series of meditations from John’s Gospel with Reverend Mark Dawes. This first meditation is from John 2:23-25.
I want us to note that Jesus knows who we really are. Our passage is a reference to the fact that sometimes great signs are given and people still do not trust in Jesus or believe in Him. The people in this passage were moved by Jesus’ works but not by His person. One of the things the passage teaches is that Jesus is not going to entrust Himself to people who do not want Him. He knows when you are into Him and when you are only after what you can get from Him.
We are grateful for your financial contributions, gifts, donations and in general the support given to our organization. The Missionary Church Association in Jamaica (MCAJ) expects that anyone wishing to donate consider their decision carefully and check the donation amounts during the transaction.
Donations are normally non-refundable, but if you have made an error in making your donation or have changed your mind about contributing to our organization, then contact us in writing at:
Email: mcaj@the -mcaj.org Telephone number: 876-924-1378 Mail: The Treasurer 14 – 16 West Avenue Kingston 8 Jamaica
The written refund request should include the following details pertaining to the transaction: date, donation amount, donor’s name, transaction number, and the nature of the error.
If an error is made, but is not limited to duplication, fraud, technical glitches in making an online donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honour such requests for refund that are made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card. We are committed to completing our decision and action within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written request.
Please understand that the decision to refund rests entirely with the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica. We examine each case on its own merit to ensure that genuine errors are properly addressed.
