We continue the series on The Five Solas for October, a month that is celebrated in certain Christian circles as Reformation Month. The Five Solas refer to five doctrines that help to define the Protestant Reformation of the 16th century, and which are still treasured to this day. Today we look at the doctrine of Sola Gratia. This means by grace alone and consists of the belief that salvation comes by divine grace or “unmerited favour” only, not as something earned or deserved by the sinner.

The written refund request should include the following details pertaining to the transaction: date, donation amount, donor’s name, transaction number, and the nature of the error.
If an error is made, but is not limited to duplication, fraud, technical glitches in making an online donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honour such requests for refund that are made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card. We are committed to completing our decision and action within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written request.
Please understand that the decision to refund rests entirely with the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica. We examine each case on its own merit to ensure that genuine errors are properly addressed.
