Can you believe it? We are in September and it is time for back to school. Still in a pandemic, but thankfully we are no longer under lockdown. In the last two school years, students were predominantly engaged in virtual learning. Unfortunately for some, there was no learning as some students did not have access to data or devices. Back then we often spoke of the new normal. However we choose to describe it, the majority of Jamaican students return to school this week. Today’s guest is Arlene Hay, an educator, and student success coach.
We are grateful for your financial contributions, gifts, donations and in general the support given to our organization. The Missionary Church Association in Jamaica (MCAJ) expects that anyone wishing to donate consider their decision carefully and check the donation amounts during the transaction.

The written refund request should include the following details pertaining to the transaction: date, donation amount, donor’s name, transaction number, and the nature of the error.
If an error is made, but is not limited to duplication, fraud, technical glitches in making an online donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honour such requests for refund that are made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card. We are committed to completing our decision and action within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written request.
Please understand that the decision to refund rests entirely with the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica. We examine each case on its own merit to ensure that genuine errors are properly addressed.
