We have come to the end of the seventh month of 2022. What have been your goals so far? Have you been able to accomplish them? What are your plans for the rest of the year?
One thing we know, once we set goals we have expectations. Sometimes they are met, at other times they are just not met and we experience disappointment. As believers, we are encouraged to count our many blessings, and name them one by one. However, every now and then we encounter situations that leave us disappointed. As long as we are alive this will happen, but just how do we deal with disappointments? Today’s guest is Reverend Paul Blake. He will be sharing with us some practical ways how to handle disappointment.

The written refund request should include the following details pertaining to the transaction: date, donation amount, donor’s name, transaction number, and the nature of the error.
If an error is made, but is not limited to duplication, fraud, technical glitches in making an online donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honour such requests for refund that are made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card. We are committed to completing our decision and action within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written request.
Please understand that the decision to refund rests entirely with the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica. We examine each case on its own merit to ensure that genuine errors are properly addressed.
