What have been your goals so far? Have you been able to accomplish them? What are your plans for the rest of 2022? Once we set goals, we all have expectations. Sometimes they are met and sometimes they are not and we experience disappointment. I pray that if you have been disappointed in any way, you will find peace and hope in God.
Today’s guest is Pastor Paul Blake of the Old Harbour Church of Christ. He is an author, and also Founder and CEO of Words Worth It Publishers. He shares with us some practical ways to handle disappointment.

The written refund request should include the following details pertaining to the transaction: date, donation amount, donor’s name, transaction number, and the nature of the error.
If an error is made, but is not limited to duplication, fraud, technical glitches in making an online donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honour such requests for refund that are made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card. We are committed to completing our decision and action within thirty (30) days after receipt of your written request.
Please understand that the decision to refund rests entirely with the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica. We examine each case on its own merit to ensure that genuine errors are properly addressed.
