In this week’s broadcast, we honour our recently deceased Reverend Peter Spencer with an edited rebroadcast of his address to the Columbia International University in 2013, in observance of Black History Week. The full version is available on their website.

Reverend Spencer made history in 1963 when he became the first black student of African descent to be voluntarily admitted to an institution of higher learning, CBC, in South Carolina.
